But the rolls are only part of the Haybine conditioning system. For consistent conditioning, all Haybine mower conditioners use a torsion-bar roll-pressure system that applies near constant pressure to your crop, even as the crop mat thickness changes. But, when the rolls reach their maximum opening, the pressure decreases automatically to permit slugs to pass through without plugging, and without stopping! That’s a real time saver.
